1，  What is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes through the latex skin. It can increase the float time by several days. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.

 

2， How long will balloons float?

An 11 inch/28cm helium filled latex balloon will last approx 12-16 hours depending on conditions. Hi-Float can be added which will extend the floating time. Larger latex balloons (16 inch/40cm & 3 foot/90cm) can last for days, again depending on conditions. Helium filled Foil balloons will last for many days depending on conditions. Helium filled Bubble balloons are the longest lasting balloons as they are made from plastic, not latex. In the right conditions, they can last for weeks.

3, How far in advance should I place my order?

It is advisable to place all orders at least 2 days in advance to guarantee items are in stock.

 

4, Should I place my order online or should I phone in my order?

Place your order online. Its faster, easier, secure, and guarantees you will receive a prompt receipt and confirmation of your order.

5, What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Client maintains the right to cancel at any time before the delivery or event date whichever come first date however, a cancellation fee will apply. Refunds will be calculated based on items purchased specifically for your event (including but not limited to custom balloons or accessories if applicable) as well as accumulated time invested in your event (including but limited to the site visit, etc.). Refunds must be requested in writing by mail or email ONLY and will be processed within 14 business days from the time of receipt of the request. Refunds total will be considered as follows:​

• Refunds requested more than 3 days to the event: total refund.

• Refunds requested less than 3 days to the event: 70% refund. 

• No refund will be made after delivery has been made or accepted.
